“The service the Genius Bar gave me was extraordinary however i can’t give them 5 stars. It was nothing on their end but instead on apple themselves. I have an Iphone 13 pro which is what 3 years old now i believe? I went in for my phone randomly shutting off and my battery health being like 69%. Turns out my battery was swelling and it needed replaced. a $1000+ phone should last longer then 3 years.”
