“I have stayed at more than a half dozen Hyatt Place locations in the past year. This was the first time that a member of the staff personally texted me prior to my stay. I was able to get answers to my questions via text and this saved me a phone call. Upon arrival and throughout my stay, the front desk staff was by far the friendliest, most accommodating, and most helpful of any hotel I have stayed at in a long time.”

“Overnight stop our our way to Pittsburgh to visit my brother. Hotel is clean with spacious rooms. It is very quiet. There were about 10 cars parked so not many people staying here. I mention this because we asked for a river view room and we could barely see the river. The room is nice - very clean with plenty of space. There is a pool and a very small exercise room - only 3 aerobic machines that barely fit. Nothing was open on Broadway.”

“For a property that was only 10 years old, this place looks brand new. The breakfast area and breakfast were outstanding. While I did not partake at the bar, they do serve adult beverages and have nice bar food options.”

“This is easily one of the most stylish and modern hotels I've stayed in! From the moment I walked in, I loved the contemporary design and the attention to detail throughout the property. The atmosphere feels fresh, welcoming, and thoughtfully curated, making it stand out from many traditional hotel experiences. One of my favorite features was the 24-hour marketplace. It offers a surprisingly wide variety of snacks, drinks, meals, and essentials, making it incredibly convenient whether you're arriving late, heading out early, or simply craving something at any hour of the day or night. I also absolutely loved my room. The layout was unique and intelligently designed, giving the space a modern, boutique feel while still being comfortable and functional. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night's sleep after a busy day. Overall, this hotel perfectly combines modern style, comfort, and convenience. If you're looking for a hotel with a fresh, contemporary vibe and thoughtful amenities, I would definitely recommend staying here!”

“Hello, I previously booked a room for my mother, from Jan 30 to Feb 6. She extended her stay in person after the original checkout date. However, I have not been able to contact her for the last 24 hours and I am worried. Could you please go to her room to knock and check on her safety? Please also tell her that her daughter is looking for her. She is an Asian woman with long black hair. If you need the Trip.com booking number or her full name, I can provide that as well. I would really appreciate your assistance in checking whether she is safe. Thank you very much.”

“Great place, friendly, but be careful the housekeeping guy used a master key and walked into my room because i didn't get to the door fast enough. That made me very uncomfortable being the only woman in the room by myself. Leary to stay here again.”

“LaTisha (sorry if I misspelled it!) and Gabby were absolutely incredible. Gabby got us checked in and was absolutely perfect, there seemed to be a lot of people checking in, but when it was our turn, nothing hit total comfort care for us checking in. Great team as always but Gabby does best for sure!”

“I stayed here for a week and the place was clean & quiet, and the front desk and breakfast staff were always very helpful and professional. Given the cost (quite low), it's a great deal if you need to stay in that area!”
