“I have stayed at more than a half dozen Hyatt Place locations in the past year. This was the first time that a member of the staff personally texted me prior to my stay. I was able to get answers to my questions via text and this saved me a phone call. Upon arrival and throughout my stay, the front desk staff was by far the friendliest, most accommodating, and most helpful of any hotel I have stayed at in a long time.”

“Great staff, especially that nice gentleman. I think he's the manager over there. I like their hospitality and their wonderful service. They are so friendly and so courteous. I strongly recommend this hotel will definitely come back if I'm in town”

“LaTisha (sorry if I misspelled it!) and Gabby were absolutely incredible. Gabby got us checked in and was absolutely perfect, there seemed to be a lot of people checking in, but when it was our turn, nothing hit total comfort care for us checking in. Great team as always but Gabby does best for sure!”
