“I came in looking for something to entice my very picky Huskies to eat. They don’t like chicken or beef. I purchased some fish treats, raw bones, and after explaining to the very helpful clerk my situation, she gave me some samples for them to try. She also said if they don’t like what I bought, it is returnable for refund. Here’s keeping my fingers crossed ? for success.”
“We’ve been so unhappy with the large vet in NR we’ve been going to for years. Very unfriendly staff, long wait times, and extremely expensive. My son referred me to Animal Health Center and I was absolutely impressed with my entire experience. Everyone is so welcoming! Dr. Baumann is such a warm, caring, and knowledgeable vet! My dog was thoroughly checked over and was not rushed out like our previous veterinary practice would have. All of our questions were answered and I left knowing my dog was going to be okay. “We take our dogs here for grooming all the time, but the last time we took them in, we had the fortune experience of getting groomer, Allison S., for all 3 dogs. She was professional and experienced. She had them done on time and didn’t miss anything. Our difficult, deaf Australian Shepherd is very difficult to groom and she was even able to get her done. Absolutely outstanding!”
“A well supplied farm and garden store with pleasant clerks and other help. They have almost everything farm or garden related and always very helpful. Their yard area is huge with every garden or agricultural item you might need. The even have a hardware section in the store.”

“We had THE BEST dog trainer here. (Ryan) he went to a new Pet Smart location, so we are following him. The staff at this location makes the store a personal experience, and they really do love the dogs that come in. Our groomer (Abby) is wonderful, and our dog loves getting groomed because of her as well as the people in the grooming department. I am so lucky to have found them! Good people help make happy dogs!”
“I thought the event was conveniently located and well run. They were as efficient as they could possibly be with the number of people that came and all the staff were very polite, It was a bit of a wait but evidently another PetSmart had to staff it and they had to drive from Columbus first thing in the early morning. I appreciated the opportunity to get this done since I had short notice to do so.”
“I am a 79 year old man who carries oxygen and walks with a cane. I have shopped at your Columbia Station, North Olmsted, and Lorain locations. In all three stores I was asked and given help from purchase to the trunk of my car. Wonderful people! They asked me if I could use help. I didn't have to ask them. “Normally this store and location are great. The staff here is always willing to assist.
But today I encountered a horrific issue with an online purchase.
I saw the item on line and since I had to go to the store wanted to order it there but have it sent to another person as a surprise gift.
The sales clerk told me I could do it on line on their computer but I didn't have my glasses so she assisted after I asked. After several attempts to get the information correct, she put the name and address in for the recipient. When everything was done, the system continued to go back to my home address. She stated it was because of the credit card and would have to be shipped to my home.
I can understand I had not been in the store and maybe they thought it was scammer using my credit card info but no, I was there in person.
I had the cash with me but apparently the order requires credit cards.
This will make me hesitant to order anything from the store in the future and only do in store shopping. This needs to be addressed as I am sure other people have had issues with on line ordering.”
“I can't get google to let me reply to reviews. So to Gabrielle, I sent you a reply that the mail server should of sent you a tracking no, and then asked you to let me know they did so I could then get it for you. You ordered lids that did not fit your containers and never even asked me to resend, you just wanted me to know which lids you wanted and I ask you how was I to know the ones you ordered were not the ones you wanted. You are being very unfair to write a review like this without even giving me the credit for sending you what your ordered. I would of offered to send you the size you want, but you did not even bother to email me a problem. I cannot read you mind and sent what you ordered. I am sorry I replied and you thought I was rude for just asking you to confirm you got the tracking no. I did not do anything wrong, but you blame me for what You ordered. Since when can you not email me???”
