“This review is long overdue...John the manager of the store is an absolute class act. I purchased flys (6-7 months ago) and discovered I was overcharged (3x) on them. I didn' t have the receipt but they found me in the system. Told me they would refund me or to come down and said they would take care of me. They certainly gave me a full customer service experience and made sure I was made whole and then some. No hassle. I like supporting this store because I see John at a lot of fundraising and awareness events. I'm still not a 100% Orvis gear guy (I'm too nerdy and picky with my fly equipment) but would consider switching simply because of the culture they and good-vibe environment they have at the shop. Kudos!!!”

“I like this place. Our dog comes out fluffy and clean.The people are genuinely concerned about the dog's wellbeing. For our dog, he drools a lot. They experimented with different methods to dry him to keep him less stressed and less drooly!”

“I've struggled with my dogs nails for years because they grow so fast, and I was having them trimmed almost every three weeks at the vet. Brianna has made it possible for her to make it almost 5 weeks between nail trims, which is such a lifesaver because car rides are stressful. When we move further SW, I'll still go out of my way for the grooming at this shop. It's obvious that the employees here care about you, your dog and your experience in the store. I highly recommend shopping here.”

“Came in on 4/30/23 to use their dog bath not realizing the baths close an hour before the store closes. An extremely nice worker, I believe her name was Adriana, let us use the bath despite it already being closed for the night. We come here all the time after our long muddy hikes to bathe our dog and it’s so convenient. Plus you can’t beat the price! Thanks so much Pet Supplies Plus Westlake! And a special thanks to the wonderful worker who allowed us a bath today after our hike in the Metro Parks.”
