“I came in looking for something to entice my very picky Huskies to eat. They don’t like chicken or beef. I purchased some fish treats, raw bones, and after explaining to the very helpful clerk my situation, she gave me some samples for them to try. She also said if they don’t like what I bought, it is returnable for refund. Here’s keeping my fingers crossed ? for success.”
“We’ve been so unhappy with the large vet in NR we’ve been going to for years. Very unfriendly staff, long wait times, and extremely expensive. My son referred me to Animal Health Center and I was absolutely impressed with my entire experience. Everyone is so welcoming! Dr. Baumann is such a warm, caring, and knowledgeable vet! My dog was thoroughly checked over and was not rushed out like our previous veterinary practice would have. All of our questions were answered and I left knowing my dog was going to be okay. I highly recommend this practice. I’m so happy we found it?”
“Got the dog groomed yesterday here. While there were strands of hair leftover & couple uneven spots, overall it was great. It was the staff that went out of their way to make you feel important is what made the difference. So that experience made this location better.”

“We had a wonderful experience this a.m. here. We were let in for our nail trim appointment for our German Shepherd's 1st visit to get his nails done. He is a nervous 1 yr old boy, but they were amazing with him. It was a lady and guy that I feel went that extra mile for our nervous boy! It was a really good experience for him ? Oh, and the poor guy came to work with a cheek the size of a baseball with a bad tooth and still managed to do wonderful!! Hope he heals quickly!!?
We also were talking with the store assistant manager( I believe )and she was so sweet and helpful. I haven't been here in years but we definitely will be back! Great staff we had today!!! Radar & his family thank you!!??????”

In all three stores I was asked and given help from purchase to the trunk of my car. Wonderful people! They asked me if I could use help. I didn't have to ask them. In my opinion Tractor Supply is a wonderful organization that hires the best people from management on down. Thank you, Tim Greene”
“We take our dogs here for grooming all the time, but the last time we took them in, we had the fortune experience of getting groomer, Allison S., for all 3 dogs. She was professional and experienced. She had them done on time and didn’t miss anything. Our difficult, deaf Australian Shepherd is very difficult to groom and she was even able to get her done. Absolutely outstanding!”

“Normally this store and location are great. The staff here is always willing to assist.
But today I encountered a horrific issue with an online purchase.
I saw the item on line and since I had to go to the store wanted to order it there but have it sent to another person as a surprise gift.
The sales clerk told me I could do it on line on their computer but I didn't have my glasses so she assisted after I asked. After several attempts to get the information correct, she put the name and address in for the recipient. When everything was done, the system continued to go back to my home address. She stated it was because of the credit card and would have to be shipped to my home.
I can understand I had not been in the store and maybe they thought it was scammer using my credit card info but no, I was there in person.
I had the cash with me but apparently the order requires credit cards.
This will make me hesitant to order anything from the store in the future and only do in store shopping. This needs to be addressed as I am sure other people have had issues with on line ordering.”

“The most wonderful pet store I have ever been in. Everyone was nice and helpful. Makes such a difference. Empty spot where my cat food was. She checked in the back and brought it out. They carry all the products I need. Even the little bird in the cage greeted me when I spoke to her. Definitely my new go to. Thank you.”
“This is a large store that is well stocked. It has a large fish department, a dog hotel, pet groomers, and has cats to adopt. There is a very large cat food section. You can buy hamsters, mice, and reptiles. There are a lot of dog toys and a large dog section for food and other necessities. There is plenty of parking in the mall parking lot. This is a very spacious store and the staff is friendly and helpful.”

“This is a fantastic pet store. The variety of fish is much larger than chain stores. Fresh and saltwater. The fish were far healthier too. Wide variety of aquarium supplies. Plenty of mammals and reptiles to choose from. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great store.”

“The Grateful Dog Bakery is truly the best…such a gem!
I went to the internet to hopefully find a local doggie bakery to order a birthday cake for our Welsh Terrier, Prim, and am so glad I came across The Grateful Dog in North Ridgeville! They offered very quick turnaround on our cake (I could’ve ordered as soon as next-day!), and the online portal offered all kinds of sizes, flavors, and customizations. We went with a peanut butter cake and honey-vanilla frosting. Prim loved it!
Fred reached out to me via email the same day I ordered to confirm everything, and was even able to bump up my pickup date at my request.
In a world full of chain stores…find yourself a local shop to support! Beyond the birthday cakes, The Grateful Dog also offers a wide variety of homemade, fresh-baked cookies and treats for our furry friends. Very fairly priced, too, I might add.
Fred was so very friendly and welcoming when I stopped in to pick up the order. A wonderful experience all around—we will certainly be back! Support local, friends!”
