Re: Most recent posts 6/21 minutes after the two men were pulled over and towed/impounded. I have lived in Royalton for 27 years and take all 3 of my families vehicles to Albion for fair honest price and service as do my elderly parents and friends. I was present as you Jihad and Sadam (pardon spelling) disrespectfuly and aggressively threatened the secretary manager and owner. As you were asked to pay for service you threw cash on the floor and flipped the bird and yelled something in a loud Arabic tone. This business and community respects and welcomes all. But your behavior indicates you aren’t from NR. Please be kind next time. After all you did break the law. Sincerely a loyal 20+ year satisfied customer of Albion.

Owner reported needing a tow truck for an impound and lied as a trailer was hauled using a truck to justify an extortion impound fee of $286 for a trailer!!! Please avoid scam artists

horrible customer service. called multiple times for vehicle repair and they are disinterested not even asking the issue is. their replies range from "the boss is not here" to "bring it by one day" or "let me give you another place to call since we closing in an hour". Its extremely unusual for a repair shop to not want look and repair vehicles.

They have a contract with the police for impounds and they will rip you off. They handled the car fine even though it’s a scam.Good luck. Hope your money doesn’t end up in the illegal poker game they hold in the garage.
