We have been coming to this location for quite awhile. Recently, and unfortunately, our regular stylist (Michelle) was not working on the day we arrived.
The stylist who did take care of us, was in such a hurry to get me and my husband in and out, without any concern as to whether we were satisfied with the cuts. She literally had each of us done in less than 10 minutes, apiece. For what the customer pays and tips, instead of seeing how fast you can get the customer in and out and onto the next there should be concern regarding how your doing your job!
There was a big difference with her and the other stylist, who was taking her time with her customer. Had I known this when we arrived I would have requested the other stylist.

The lady who cut my hair nice, friendly and helpful. I haven't been to this location in awhile since I don't live there, but they have a good group of ladies that work there.

I asked for the sides to have a fade, no fade, asked for a 1 inch off the top my hair is 8 inches now its a buzzcut. she also ruined my whole hair a tiny bald spot is left ill never be coming here, she was the skinny girl with red hair

Had a great experience ? with Elena, she was friendly ?, knowledgeable ✂️ and had great energy!
Stylist: She just cleaned up what was a very long overdue cut. She also gave great suggestions to make the cut feel lighter on my neck. we also talked about color and she educated me on what would be the gentlest safest transition going dark back to blonder. She didn't have to as they do not do color at GC but she was passionate about sharing her knowledge and it clear she loves what she does.
