She always has such good things to say when I pick her up that it gets my second daughter excited for when she goes next year. Both years I’ve had an amazing experience myself with her teachers and if there has been any questions or help that is needed Elaine is always there to help with those as well! Nothing but happiness for my daughter and reassurance for me that this is a great school for our little ones! ?”

“I can’t even begin to explain how grateful I am for this place. I was so nervous to send my son to daycare but I did not have an option, as soon as I walked in I knew this was the right place. The staff was so comforting about the process. All the women who work here are amazing, they go above and beyond for the families. I moved to another city and did not transfer. I would rather make the longer drive to a place I know genuinely cares about the kids and parent.”

“This kindercare is wonderful! The staff is great and attentive! I love getting the updates throughout the day about my child’s care. He’s always really happy when he comes home. The facility is clean and I feel very safe with my child in their care. I always get quick responses if there are any questions I have. I love the extra things they do like trunk or treat and Easter egg hunts! 10/10 would recommend!”

“I had heard about the concerns and issues from when the previous director and staff was here. But since sept 2024, there is a new director who has worked tirelessly to get the school/day care up to a wonderful environment along with hiring a whole new staff that is caring. I have two children who attend and my experience has been excellent.
The school offers many extras like "fit buddies" which is a yoga class, paints and pianos class and natural outdoor play areas. There is a daily core curriculum that is followed and a digital app that the teachers record all the days activities that may include pictures.”

“First off my son has been going here three months before he’s turned one years old and he’s going to be 4.. the daycare teachers that actually stay and have been with him since he was a baby are absolutely wonderful! Taking care of babies/toddlers/kids even big kids is freaking rough that’s why half the parents that get days off from work still stick their kids in daycare so they can give themselves a day of peace! At least I do sometimes!! I trust that my son is in great care there! Miss Willie, Miss Courtney, Miss Michelle and Miss Diane all rock! I have never had a problem with any of the teachers or even Miss Kristi herself! I can stand there and joke with all of them or even tell them about my day. I’m sorry so disgruntled employee got burnt out and just couldn’t do it! Shitty employees will always go bad mouthing a company behind their back that’s what happens. Like I said my son’s been here for about 3 years and I HAVE NEVER had a problem! ??‍♀️”

“Our child is in Kindergarten now and we not only see how well prepared she was, we have also heard it from her Kindergarten teacher. The classroom prepared her not only with math and reading, but more importantly it taught her how to co-exist in a classroom with other children and how to do the little but important things like stand in line to go outside nicely, treat friends and adults with respect and become more independent. We loved our experience and friends we have made along the way”

“I live at the Senior apartments directly across from the daycare! I enjoy watching these children everyday along with their Teachers! Well today, I received a stack of holiday colorings from my "little neighbors ". The delight was overwhelming, still crying over the gracious gift.. I could have ever received. They all know me, as the highlight of my day is watching them play and hearing their joy and screams too! ? And all the waves I get! “My son started Parma Preschool in December after starting the year at another local preschool, where he had an awful experience. Since he started we've seen such a difference in him! His language has improved, he can write his name, more independent, he's learning how to handle emotions, and he's even working on his big motor skills (he always practices his balance). The school is clean with beautiful classrooms and other play areas throughout the building. They even take the kids outside on nice days. The staff is incredible with the kids, they acknowledge each child, they're friendly, and most importantly, they know how to work with this age group, and meet them where they're at instead of force them into a cookie cutter. We absolutely love this school and what they've done for my son!”

“It was just a little confusing where we were going exactly & my husband works for the BCSD ! But we got to where we needed to go . Carol Mansell was great on helping us get me on my husband's insurance because as of the end of April I will not have any & I need it for my Medical issues . my job where I was just up & closed the doors & company no warning no nothing Worked on Monday & on Monday (4-10-2023) at 9:45pm I received a EMail that said I & all other employees were out of a job ! Carol was so great & made my getting on the Insurance fast & easy as well !”
