We’ve been going to Sublime Pet Spa and when they were Hollywood Hounds many years, for our dear Buster who passed last year. And now we had our 1st appointment today with our two 5 month old Shi-tzus. Dakota was our groomer & she did a wonderful job! The pups were very scared going in and she understood that. They looked terrific! Recommend Dakota and the spa wholeheartedly!

I was very happy. I calledlast minute. They got me right in. Dakota did a wonderful job on my girls nails. They look so nice. Also very clean business I will be going there from now on

Alyssa does AMAZING work with our goldendoodle!! I highly recommended taking your dog here for grooming! She takes her time and does a fantastic job with our pup! After receiving many bad haircuts in the past elsewhere, Alyssa is the only person I trust to take care of Nash!!

Called on a whim to get my dogs in for nail appointment and they were able to take them same day! We were done within 10 minutes with two pups!

Dakota- thank you for taking amazing care of our dog Cabo. I know she's always in good hands when you are grooming her. She looks great after her cut today and as always it is so appreciated when you take the time to let us know Cabo's skin issues.

Only going for nail trims on new pup..reasonable cost and able to get us in with little notice and the techs have been patient and gentle with pup doing the nail grind. Will continue supporting their business

I took my senior shih-tzu here for the last 5 years and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always kind and willing to work with you. When taking my dog to previous groomers, she would just be a ball of anxiety. Whenever we would drop her off/pick her up from her appointment here, she would be as happy as could be. If you have a shih-tzu or any breed similar, Alyssa is your way to go. She somehow always managed to always come back with a positive report, even despite my anxious dog in her old age when she required some additional services. I could not recommend them enough to anyone. The facility is also clean and welcoming.

Staff are always very kind and knowledgeable. These girls know their stuff! Dogs look incredible ever single time! Prices are right on par with exceptional quality. Couldn't recommend them enough!

I was so excited to take my dog Barkley to this grooming salon as I had heard from a fellow co worker good things. When we arrived the groomer was busy but did greet us pleasantly. She said it would take 2.5-3 hrs for a groom and they would call when he was ready for pickup.Exactly 1 hr 13 min after drop off we received a call that he was ready. We were surprised as he is a golden doodle, that in that amount of time he had been bathed, dried, cut and nails filed (an extra I added on) either way I was impressed.I arrived to pickup my dog and was told it would be $78! On the phone when booking the appt I specifically asked pricing explained he was a mini and weighed 13 lbs, the person booking the appt said it would be $50-58 for his breed and size. I explained this and the girl just looked at me dumbfounded.I told her “I don’t mind paying can you just give me a breakdown of the costs and services??“They said no they don’t have that?! Seriously?What kind of a business has no breakdown of pricing?? When they handed us our dog his nails were like mini razor blades!Clearly no grinding had been done. The girl reluctantly took him back and used the grinder. I thanked her then I asked her for an explanation of the prices and how did $50 turn into $78 she said it was due to a “de-matting” charge!My dog was not matted as he is brushed and combed nightly. Also there was NO mention of any tangling when she felt of him at drop off or until I began to question the pricing. In addition how was he done so quickly if he had to be dematted?? It all seemed very convenient.It appears they just look at you and set their own prices depending on who you are. The groomer ended up just saying it will be $58.I paid AND tipped her 20 percent, as even though the pricing wasn’t accurate she did an okay job on the cut and I believe in tipping. I asked about speaking with the owner and was told she doesn’t work weekends.Needless to say we will not be returning. I told the girl at the desk this and she just shrugged her shoulders. They obviously do not care about good customer service or honoring their quoted pricing . I will be sharing this experience with my coworkers and friends to spare them this experience.
