I always make a point to visit the UPS store in North Royalton because of the exceptional service provided by the staff. There is one young gentleman in particular who stands out for his kindness and welcoming demeanor. He always greets everyone with a smile and takes the time to ask how they are doing. It's a pleasure to interact with him each time, even when the store is busy. Such exceptional service is rare to come by these days.

I’ve always used UPS. And now I’m not getting my package and I’m not getting a response on Customer Service helping me. They’ve always had good service in the past and something has changed. Beware people.

Walked in 2 minutes before closing. I didn’t realize they closed so early and I apologized. I had to beg to be waited on. Women acted like I was the biggest inconvenience in the world. My transaction took 2 minutes. Her customer service skills were severely lacking.

Everytime we go there to do a return or otherwise there is rarely ever a line and the process is very quick. Always a pleasure to go here.

when they don't listen when they don't want to understand it when they don't care you have mental health and it literally it's their delivery service that is putting you in an episode they really just don't care compare to my experience what FedEx pretty horrible
