This is pretty much for every USBank location. Dont know what the deal is lately but GET YOUR ATMS WORKING. You love charging fees for using other atms but yours rarely work. Do better

Awful experience here - 12years customer....Main checking, savings, personal loan, credit card, mortgage and heloc...1) 1500$ incurred fraudulent charge 2 years ago...Police report filed, 2 months on the phone and in branch visits... I was told "someone will be in contact with you" - that was itNow, I'm at my last payment on my mortgage...2) maintenance charges on checking with no warning - the overall mortgage balance dropped under the "platinum status"3)HELOC terms changed I am now looking forward to annual fees - no more "platinum"I walk in, to look for some guidance on how to pay off my mortgage(my current escrow balance is twice the payoff) and I'm basically getting walked out, since the mortgage is a "different monster" she said - I have to call 1.800... Great, "but I have a credit card and a personal loan with zero balance on them - any fees to expect?"(like it happened before...)"again you can call 1.800" - very polite and condescending and not curious to check any of my accounts.Funny how this works... last time I was in there, I had to fight harassing me into refinance my mortgage - but if it comes to paying off no one has time for advice....Well, I'm glad this is my last mortgage payment - I already switched my checking and closed my HELOC.US Bank has some of the worst support phone or local.

Every time we go to this branch it’s like a 30 plus minute wait just to reach the teller. Please properly staff your branch. And for the random bankers sitting in the cubicles why don’t you get up and help? They literally sit there and watch the one poor teller work a line of 10 plus people and the drive thru. Unbelievable.

went there the other day to make a sizable cash withdrawal was told that I could not complete my transaction unless I gave my type of employment I have steadily being harassed at this Bank I asked for extra ID don't have the money on hand went there once the ATM machine was out of money this branch is not run very well at all

This bank is All about the Big Guy. The craziest thing, I have 2 IRAs , a credit card, checking and a savings account with the bank. My IRA that only made $42.00 last year was debited $30.00 maintenance fee. Wow. I went in and talked to a teller the Manager wasn't in. She said I have to have $25,000 with their bank. I said don't have that much money to do that. Sorry then we can't waive the charge. So let me think about it, I don't have that much money so you're going to take a bigger fee. It seems very backwards. I think they should have told me this when I started it too. I know it's in the literature they gave me and I should have read it closer. I also feel like I went in the bank for help and guidance and I got TOOK by their smile. Someone so nice was telling what I needed to know to be successful with their bank. No not the case. Don't trust them for a minute. I can't wait to move my cash.
