I didn't have any problems. I got some stamps, mailed a letter and was out the door relatively quick. But there was no line.

This USPS location is always top notch! Super nice clerks. Responsive. We deal with them alot, because the company that I work for sends & receives a large volume of mail. Thanks USPS North Royalton!!

Pretty shocked to read all the negative reviews. I have needed to go in 7-8 times over the last 6 months to have items overnighted. Most of the time I have dealt with Reid. She is one of the nicest and most polite people I have ever dealt with. I'm sure there's people upset because of lost packages and issues of transportation, but I've been in there enough to see and listen to Reid interact with people as well as my own personal experiences and every time she makes the day and experience better. I wish more people were like her. The world would be a much more professional and enjoyable experience.

Pretty sure the workers here are brain dead, waited over a month for my package getting moved back and forth between addresses because they didn’t know what to do with it, they then tell me to file for a lost package, I’m down my money and package because they are too lazy to put info in the system correctly and follow instructions,

Bad service...the old lady at the passport hlwas rude.had an app arrived 5 min before waited in line she came out 5 min late and she sayd I was lade...if you don't lime your job find someting else to do

Rudest manager and associate I have ever experienced. They took my label and ripped it in half because they said it was poorly taped. I ended up crying because I had a tough day and they were just completely ignoring me and and the manager just shook his head and said I should call someone on the phone who would help me to understand.

They treat customers like trash. They let people skip lines and then when you complain to management they don't do anything about it.

They lost my mail, and did not look for it. Third time for the month we didn't receive our mail. Once they dropped off to another street my mail....
I would not be angry, but all of that mail was such as Rita, DL, mortgage statement, property tax, car registration....
