In August 2022, I brought my vehicle in for body work. I had to wait 6 weeks before they gave me an appointment to bring the vehicle in for the body work/repair. They NEVER called to inform my on the progress of repairs, they NEVER returned any of my calls. After over an additional 11 weeks, finally one of the women that work there took my call, she said that nobody had actually worked on the vehicle, they simply took the front end apart to have a technician look at it but, that would not happen for another week, maybe longer, the owner was on vacation and work could not begin without him because he is the one that decides what needs to be done. Needless to say, I had the vehicle towed to a more reputable repair shop. Ever since Bill retired and left his business to his inept son, the shop is a joke. Even the woman that I spoke with stated that she doesn't understand how the York Auto Body stays in business. Run as far away from this horrible business. Customer service is something that they do not know or understand.

I highly recommend York Road Automotive to everyone. My car was repaired here almost 4 years ago after a rear end collision with damage to the rear bumper. The repair was beyond my expectations. The paint was blended perfectly and you would never know there had been damage and repairs. The quality of the workmanship at York Road Automotive speaks for itself. Years later and still you would never know there had been repairs. I had the car back a week ago for exterior detailing and I am more than pleased with the results. Every inch of the exterior had been cleaned, waxed, and polished. My car seriously looked like it could have been sitting in a showroom when I picked it. Honestly, best experience with car repairs I have ever had.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Had truck for 3 months never received any calls or updates. Never returned calls. Still waiting almost 6 months later for them to replace a part of tailgate they lost

Had my car detailed here, and they did an absolutely amazing job. It hasn't been this clean since I bought it. That's saying a lot considering I own three Bernese mountain dogs who are frequently in my car, usually bringing in mud end dirt from the trails. They did an exceptional job.
