“As always Shaker Quality Auto Body provided excellent service and the body repairs they performed after I was hit by another driver are beautiful and make an older car look almost new again. Where they really stood out though was in dealing with the other driver's insurance company. A process that was drawn out and unnecessarily painful but they stayed committed to getting a resolution. Bill is the true hero of this story with all the time he spent chasing the insurance company. I would give 6 stars if I could!”

Tom kept close to the price he quoted, even though extra parts were needed, knowing that I was on a budget. His team also washed the truck making it look like new again. They treated my car like it was their own, and when they were done, it looked like nothing had ever happened. The finish was flawless, like it had just rolled out of the factory. Most body shops will fix the damage, but you can usually spot the paint runs or sand marks they leave behind. Not here, just clean, ultra-professional work.”

“I came here on Monday told them I needed a new bumper and grill. They instantly ordered the parts and asked when I was available to get it fixed. Thursday I came for my service and told it would take about two hours, but to my surprise and satisfaction it took only a hour. The service was great and the workers are very friendly. “One of my stripes was damaged while being “washed” by another shop. I immediately called Ross to see how he wanted to handle the situation. After advising me, I said I’ll see you in the spring to get a new stripe, to which Ross replied, “Stop in now, I’ll put a patch on to get you through the winter.” After watching the care, patience, & time spent perfecting a “patch” he knew was only going to be around a few months, I truly appreciate Ross’s dedication to his craft. “Super work, great price, trustworthy. I had a 2008 white pearl Santa Fe, and someone hit my right passenger door. Mr. Wall (a no-nonsense down to earth gentleman) looked it over, and gave me a great price and timing. This was in 2012. All the work was done on schedule, and the paint match was stunning given he had to match paint that was a factory color but had faded a bit after 4 years. My wife and I could never spot a difference in color, whether bright daylight, under garage lights, or on a cloudy day.
Just make sure to knock hard on the door so that they can hear you inside over the noise of the tools. Magic also has a secure place to keep cars before and after the service. A great place.”

“Corey and his team at Midtown Auto are fantastic. My 2003 Cadillac DHS was in an accident and had a crease down the entire passenger side. Corey’s customer service skills were superb. He was quick with his competitive quote, accommodating to my schedule, and straight up honest with me. While assessing my car he told me up front that the side trim is fragile and could break. I understood that they might need replaced and I appreciated him letting me know about the possibility of an additional cost. Corey and his team completed the job in a timely manner and I couldn’t have been more impressed. His love for cars and craft showed in his work and he was able to salvage the trim. They worked with the insurance company with the estimates. They even washed my car when the work was complete. The benefit of using them, is that they are close to rental car agencies, which I had to do.”
