“The best Family Dollar of all. It is my neighbor hood store. The manager and staff are very helpful .and friendly, more like my "Family" than staff. Shelves stre always fully stocked and the store is always clean, inside and out. If they don't have what you want, the manager will try to get it from another store. Prices are great and if you download their app, you will get money saving coupons. I Highly recommend this store, you will leave with a smile on your face and an "I'll be back" attitude.”

“Due to the lack of employees in the recent past shelves were not stocked. But it's getting Much better...Here's a tip:::If you don't see what you want on the shelf, ask someone who works there, if they have it out back BC They Probably do. Employees are very nice and easy to talk to. Like I said before The store is looking better and being stocked. I am kind of bias tho' bc I shop there ALL THE TIME. I only gave 4 stars bc of the few empty shelves. Employees are very pleasant and are willing to help in any way.”
“I stopped by the dollar tree in Solon and this is one the biggest stores I've been too. They have a lot of decorative items that I haven't seen at other stores. Well stocked and they were still sticking the shelves while I was there. The associates were really helpful too.”

“Would have gave them a five but I gave them a 4 because they had me sitting out there until 9: 45A.M. the sign say they open up at 10A.M.even someone else was sitting out there N thier car waiting, I,m thinking they open up at 10 the door was partially open,for the employees,I Asummed, so I decide to pull off & go on home then the person that was waiting in her car next to me got out & went in so I decided to back it up & go in,I ask them what time do they open & they say nine I don't think they should have false advertisement sign saying they open up at 10 & they don't. But that's how the black neighborhood stores are,”
“My favorite Dollar General. Its not always orderly but usually has what I'm looking for. Their selection of greeting cards is fantastic. I visit this store or the other one on Kinsman at least 1-2x a week.”
“One of the best Dollar Tree stores I’ve ever been to. I love shopping at this location! The Northfield Road location is stocked well, clean and has friendly cashiers. I was greeted at the door with a “Hello” welcome and a smile. Which I appreciate. However, on their website and Google it says they open at 8am. However, they actually open at 9am. Please fix this ASAP. You will have people lined up at your store ready to shop.”

“This one on Broadway and southgate is the best the one on e143 and kinsman those young girls and that one lady Mr need to go to a class on how to talk to your customers correct. If they were in a white neighborhood they would act different I spend slot of money in family dollar.and the store on e130 and buckeye those young girl don't have any respect I raised my daughter well. But family dollar is going to lose alot of business because of these kids with attitude just look in your cameras and listen to your audio. Give that job to someone who needs it thank-you”
“Everyone's always so nice when I come to this family dollar always greeted me anytime I've walked into the store rain sleet snow shine even with a line a people they always made sure any time I've frequented the store which to me is everything 1st impressions is everything & if the folks that work in this store appreciate their jobs & have a go to chain of commands (management) as far as their leadership it starts at the top & works its way down..... “This location actually stays open until the time listed as their closing time! How it should be! The employees are very friendly and personable, we had a great conversation. They don’t push people out near closing like most locations employees do. This DG also has a nice produce little section! Most locations DO NOT HAVE THIS. The toy section is also a lot nicer than most stores have! 10/10 would recommend this location to others. ☺️”
“Lots of the shelf prices are incorrect, just take the price of the product OFF the bar codes? Easy solution. False advertising is still illegal in Ohio. Your "price(s) subject to change without notice" is not a cover all, in any venue. If i press the issue? You will lose 100% of the time.”

“I normally don't go this far to a dollar stores but ive noticed that in the inner city of CLEVELAND our stores are much smaller than the heights stores and they have way more $1.25 items than us????? and they are clean and your in and out. “Yes the sore is a mess, but it’s convenient usually have what you need good hours and A mixed you know, we knocked so many places because people being rude and being messy I think about the people that they are having to deal with. The staff are constantly catching people stealing, so they can’t do the important part of the job. they There jobs if they’re doing other things they shouldn’t be doing. “This location has improved greatly.... The employees always friendly and very helpful. Sometimes the prices aren't correct, but someone always correct it... The outside be a little messy, but someone is usually cleaning or soon get to it... They doing a good job and in a good location it would be nice if the community wasn't so ghetto I literally saw someone empty trash into the parking lot.. that was so rude , but two guys went outside and swept and cleaned the entire parking lot.... The next day it was back messy... Smh but the inside is really clean”

“Friendly service when I am there. My teen daughter's told me that on multiple occasions one of the older male employees follow them around the store and it makes them uncomfortable. I'm sure it because of the frequency that they are there due to them trying to kill time while waiting for my 3rd grades school to let out but, he should be less offensive and more discreet with his shoplifting monitoring with young girls”
“Don't go there they're never open they joke around about being open and saying they are closed one worker told me to come back in a hour and they'll be open and it was 7:00 p.m. and they close at 8:00”

“I live halfway between the Broadview Hts and Independence locations. I always choose the Independence location because of their manager, Bryan. I went in this past Saturday and the store was very busy! The line was longer then usual due to Mothers Day being the next day. Bryan had such great customer service and was so apologetic(even though he didn’t need to be!) all us customers knew he was alone and doing the absolute best he could! It’s so rare nowadays to see people actually providing good customer service and not looking like a robot! Also, Bryan resolved an issue a disgruntled customer was having & Bryan was so patient yet very professional with her!”
“Love place, it is very famous for everyone who comes to buy from other countries, good prices, many things that vary for one, I love it, it drives me crazy when I go and buy, my favorite store, although I raise prices, but one always buys. Stores like That must be in PR.”
“I went to find a cat scooper... I got distracted by how much daily stuff they have. In general, they have everything you need to make breakfast, which includes the cooking equipment. All the things you need true out the day, and to get ready to go to bed. They also have some outdoor gardening equipment. I talked to the employee there at the time. I asked how often their fresh products get rotated? They said every week. I hope they understand I will check to make sure they do that. So, expect an update in a week or two. They are having a 5$ off if you spend more than 25$ on Sep 14 2024; they have those twice a month if I heard that right. Anyways I loved the first experience I had at dollargeneral, friendly staff, clean aisles, well stocked. Some shelves were empty, but it was probably from condensing their products, but the store is fully stocked when I was there. I took pictures of most ailes, so go look at them and their prices.”
“One of the best Family Dollar stores I’ve ever been to. I love shopping at this location and the one on Dunham Road. The Northfield Road location is stocked well, clean and have friendly cashiers and managers. However, I’m giving it 4 stars for their opening hours of operation only. On their website and Google it says they open at 8am. However when I arrived the doors were still locked. The person who was in the store, finally opened at 8:30am. If your hours states 8am on your window, then that is when you are supposed to open.”
“I spend way too much money and time in here! ?08/12/2022-That was my experience then! I’ve gone to this store 3x lately and they’ve been closed! 10am, 11am-doesn’t matter! I don’t know if there’s not enough staff, technical issues, product problems-but when it is open, the place is a mess! Close it or secure better management! I miss shopping here!”

“The staff was very helpful. They directed me to what I needed and they had a self checkout that was easy to use. Note, you have to use a card to utilize the self checkout. Fairly clean and very few items left out of place or on the floor as I've seen in some other budget stores. Will probably return when I'm looking for some less expensive items.”
