The person on the phone, so kind and knowledgeable then once I physically got there the same and when I picked it up …. all was a wonderful experience! I couldn’t believe how fast it was dry cleaned. Other places I called had a 2 week time frame and my item was ready the very next day!! Amazing! The price was good and for being a first time customer I even got a coupon to use! I highly recommend the DO Summers in Solon! Give them all a raise!”

And there are different weight load capacities so you don’t need to use multiple machines. I brought my son and felt very safe here.”

“Came down here from Cleveland to do laundry as our dryer was broken, and Hubby has family in this area. Pros - this place is open 24/7 (including Black Friday 2023 when I visited), most machines cost only $3 to run, and there are three change machines that take up to $10 bills. Cons - there are quite a few "out of order" signs here today, including on one of the three change machines and on the lone bathroom.”

“First time customer. Passed by this place probably dozens if not hundreds of times as I live nearby, but I decided to try them out. I've never had items dry cleaned before, and with an upcoming life event I wanted to have some items done. The process was basically seamless from drop-off to pickup. The communication was excellent and to have a staff reach out for additional details was unexpected in a good way. The online portal was very nice and the text updates were appreciated. My shirts came out great and I'm very pleased with the service overall. Price was reasonable as well. A very efficient process from start to finish and I'll definitely be taking all my dry cleaning here from now on.”
