9425 Olde 8 Rd Unit 6-7, NorthfieldIf I could give more than five stars I would. Miss Sue is honestly the best groomer around. She treats my girls like they’re her own puppies. My poodle mix leaps around the house when I tell her it’s groomer day. Sue has always listened to any and all concerns or special requests that I come in with. I love that she keeps notes on the dogs haircut preferences/special accommodations. To me this shows she really cares, wants to put the dog first (most important!) and that you as a customer are not just a number.

Staff provided excellent service was hands on every step of the way. Anyone seeking service i highly recommend.

Pooch Palace
285 E Twinsburg Rd, NorthfieldPooch Palace was the best place I could have chosen! I had to travel for a month and didn't have anyone to leave my 6 month old cavalier with for the time. Pooch Palace took exceptional care of her and she was very happy and loved during her stay. She was well cared, well fed and the staff are just the best! They sent me pictures every few days of Jessie playing around and enjoying her furry friends. I would recommend Pooch Palace a thousand times!
