“I have been going to Wilson's for decades. They have a great selection of wild bird feed as well as feed for any animal to want to accommodate in your yard. I generally don't feed in the summer but they have a great stock all year. They also offer feed for domestic animals from horses to dogs to things I probably know nothing about. The staff is always friendly and happy to help with any questions.”

“While we don't always purchase pet supplies here, we do have our senior dog (17yrs old) groomed regularly. I can't say enough about the grooming staff and how well they treat our old man. They are absolutely wonderful and do a fantastic job, EVERY time we bring him in. We definitely feel as though they treat him as if he was their own, so we have no issues or concerns bringing him in to be groomed nor recommending their grooming services to others.As far as the store, there is quite the variety of products at reasonable (and consistent) prices. There are a few items we tend to purchase at this location, rather than having those shipped via e-commerce or buying at other stores in the area.”

“I have entrusted them to care for all my fur babies. Recently my 15 year old cat was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of cancer. Dr Kelly explained everything and offered options. We were able to maintain her quality of life for close to a year. When it was time to cross the rainbow bridge they were so kind and caring. They made a very difficult time as pleasant as possible. I wouldn't go to anyone else.”

“As always excellent service, the staff at the store are always helpful and very pleasant. We really appreciate everyone at this store. Also, I love that they have the rescue cats back in the store so that shoppers like us can easily adopt. We adopted our first cat at this store, when we were shopping for our dogs needs. When we got accepted to adopt We spent 1000.00 that day getting toys, cat towers, food and the kitty essentials.So having the cats there is goid to find them a home and good for the store to increase business. We have adopted 4 cats from in store displaying of them. Who can resist all that cuteness.”

“The Vetco staff and veterinarians at the Petco vaccination clinics are always courteous and knowledgeable. The Vetco online staff customer service is very condescending and not helpful. Please try to handle all of your pet medication needs in person at the clinic because, dealing with the level of customer service through Vetco online will surely cause you anger and frustration.”

“If I could give more than five stars I would. Miss Sue is honestly the best groomer around. She treats my girls like they’re her own puppies. My poodle mix leaps around the house when I tell her it’s groomer day. Sue has always listened to any and all concerns or special requests that I come in with. I love that she keeps notes on the dogs haircut preferences/special accommodations. To me this shows she really cares, wants to put the dog first (most important!) and that you as a customer are not just a number.”
