I came in to fix my broken phone screen and I hate coming to the Verizon store because people are so rude, inattentive and it always takes so long, but Benito helped me out, showed me my options and educated me so well! I don't like technology, but he made me feel a lot better and got me a new galaxy for free! You bet I will be coming here for now on! Him and Connor were so funny! Made the process easier than it's ever been!

Love this place. For business phones and 5g wireless internet, the techs at this store rock!!! Ever an issue, they handle it with professionalism and knowledge. Just wish Verizon was just as good. I have to drive to this store to get issues solved most times cause Verizon tech support gives up! Seriously, if you need equipment or service, give this location at Golden Link a try. You won't be disappointed.

Rachel is absolutely wonderful. I came in to upgrade my phone and she made everything so smooth and nothing felt pressured. She was calm too when the store got busy! Highly recommend her for anything when you go in!!!

Went here to get a new phone on a Friday. Took around 2 hours from start to walking out with the new phone. We were told the bill would only slightly increase along with a waive of the activation fee. This was a lie. We went back in to trade in the old phone and check on the bill. We were told that the activation fee would be waived and the bill would be lower the next month to compensate for that. This was also a lie. The activation fee was still there and the bill was not decreased as stated. Avoid this place if possible due to lack of knowledge and lies.

THANK YOU, RACHEL!!
I came into the store looking for a new phone to replace the one I lost recently. Rachel and Mary were very helpful with getting my new phone all set up. Unfortunately, while I was trying to put in all the other extra stuff I needed to get manually in the new phone, I locked myself out of my phone. Rachel did absolutely everything she could to unlock the phone for me. I mean EVERYTHING!!! Her patience, her knowledge and persistence and her happiness for me that the problem was solved is something I will always remember and be so thankful for! Verizon, you have the absolutely amazing customer service at this store and an outstanding employee in Rachel, who went above and beyond anything I can remember in a long, long, long time! Thank you, Rachel and Verizon!

The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting me an updated iPhone
