The employees were kind and friendly. I purchased a new iPhone as a gift for my husband. It was sold to me as new but when we tried to activate it we realized it had been activated by another user on another network. We returned to the store and explained the situation to the employee. He was kind and processed my request for a full refund including the phone , phone case and screen protector. He also waived the restocking fee. However there was still an unexplained $43 difference between what I paid originally and what I received as my refund. It wasn't worth arguing with the young man. The tech felt it was related to sales tax. No matter the case , I purchased a broken phone , my gift was ruined , I had to spend time returning to the store and I'm out $43. Just buy your phone from Apple directly like I should have done in the first place. I learned a lesson and I hope this review can spare someone else this aggravation.

Came to this location because my old iPhone was having so many problems. I was so bummed because I have had my phone for years and know how much of a headache it is to go through the process of getting a new one. Last time I needed to switch a plan, another provider had me there for hours and I left unhappy. At Verizon, Alex set me up with the newest iPhone, answered all questions and explained every cost so there were no surprises. Overall, if you want a head ache free experience go to see him! I’m so happy with my new phone and I even got an Apple Watch to go with it :)

Lexi was fantastic and was so kind walking me through a difficult situation. She was patient and considerate. 5 stars isnt enough. Alex also stepped in and was exceptional. There isn't a problem these two can't fix. Plus they set me up in great new products!! So happy with everything they did. Great team and great service.
