She was able to find the money and move it back into my account and explain in detail to me how it all happened after years of money going in there correctly. I was then able to contact my employer and get my account # updated. I left a voice mail Friday afternoon expecting not to hear anything until Monday. She returned my voicemail at the end of the day on a Friday just to let me know it had all been resolved.”

“I am extremely impressed with this organization. I am a Realtor and I had some clients interested in a home which had been on the market for almost a year. That is an eternity in this current real estate market. It appears that he reason for it not selling was due to the assumption that since it was zoned commercial that it had to have a commercial mortgage. My clients wanted to use it as a residence, which was allowable, and upon contacting Christina from Monroe Federal we were ensured that a residential loan would not be a problem. Christina took great care of my clients and even showed up to the real estate closing to ensure everything went smoothly. This is pretty much unheard of. Kyle Lewis Rating this as a 1 star without an explanation is a joke. If there's ever an issue, you can always ask to speak to the Manager of this bank and express your concerns and they'll be there to help. Be more of the grownup thing to do rather than hide behind a social media post.”
“I’ve been with them since they opened up inside Walmart in Huber Heights. They’re great for giving 2nd chances to folks who may owe overdraft fees or other things to other banks. You do have to pay a small monthly fee, but if you do direct deposit you’re not charged. Everyone is always friendly and there to help. My only complaint is that there’s no ATMs to use except inside Walmart. So you’re always forced to have to go when bank is open or Walmarts hours. I believe this is an inconvenience considering most all banks and credit unions have ATMs you can use without being charged. Woodforest charges you $2.50 if you use an ATM that’s not theirs and also you pay whatever the ATM charges. That can be anywhere from $4.50-$7 total. With todays prices on everything I need all my money. If corporate would see this, please make it happen and catch up with 2022. I’m sure I’m not the only person who agrees.”
