“We were driving up from Columbus to watch our Grandson wrestle in a tournament in Oregon, and all of a sudden our car overheated. There was not much around so I let it cool down some and added a little water, and drove a few miles and luckily found BearClaws. He said he was booked for about a week, but would pull it in and at least look at it, which he did, and found the water Pump was out. We were pretty much stranded! He decided that he understood our situation, and said he would get it in and get us back on the road the next day. He also gave us a ride to our hotel so we didn't have to mess with an Uber. Had it ready the next day as he said he would. It is great to know there are still good people out there! Again, Thank You!!!!”

“My tire had a screw in it. I took it to Tireman (S.Reynolds Rd) for repair, they tell me I needed a new tire. I called Best One Fleet(jam) and ordered a tire. When I get there the mechanic tells me my tire can be repaired and I don't need to purchase a new one. There are still honest tire shop and mechanics in the world.
