“Amazing customer service! Thank you Mike!I replaced the carriage belt on our Designjet 500 plotter. Once I put the plotter back together, I kept getting an error code regarding the 3 different printheads. After reseating them a few times and cleaning them, the errors went away on 2 of the printheads but the yellow printhead still had issues. I called Mike to order another printhead and told him my story. He suggested that I trim about 1/32 of an inch of my carriage ribbons... IT WORKED!What great customer service. Rather than selling me a printhead, he wanted to understand my problem, and then he gave me a solution over the phone! I didn't purchase anything at the store, but Erie Ink has a future customer!”

Amazon chat associate told me the label was generated as no box no label. Sure I should double checked but missed doing it. Got there and found out it needs to be boxed up. I couldn’t box the whole thing by myself and it also has some loose pieces I couldn’t fit into the same box. Diara went out of her way helped me together boxed up the heavy item and also brainstormed with an idea to successfully boxed up the loose piece without me having to pay for anything additional and avoided another trip for me as well!
