“In November 2024 we purchased a brand-new Toyota Rava 4 from Firelands Toyota of Wooster. 6 months later an individual accidently struck our door panel with a shopping cart. It put a large noticeable dent in the door panel. We felt terrible having to look at that damage in a vehicle we had just purchased brand new. So, we took it to Firelands Collision Center in Norwalk to be repaired. They did a great job repairing the damage. Proof is in the results that they are a first-class collision business. We dealt with Brooke and Jake whom both were very courteous and professional. Hopefully we never have to go through this again but if we do, we won’t hesitate to return to Firelands Collision center for any repairs.

“I’m so happy to have called Interstate Towing. Travis was amazing and such a hard worker! We were stuck on the turnpike with a broken axel on a trailer (on a holiday weekend) and Travis worked a miracle. “Great from sales and service after the sale. Routine maintenance and service dept. go above and beyind. Had body work after a large branch fell on the driver's side. They were awesome from body/parts to paint guys. Worked with insurance company to get everything arranged.

Went above and beyond for me tonight saved me from driving home with a bead leak caused by tire choice across the street when they couldn't get my tires off. By the way these weren't regular stock rims. Tires were 305s so wya bigger than stock and obviously low profile so hard to get on . Him and his crew stayed after hours to help me out”
