“I have a great experience with Cory at Tri County Verizon store. After being sent to a YOU break it WE fix it by another guy at Verizon who said he didn't fix. Then I had to apply for insurance and part mailed to my home. Went back to fix it place who sent me back to Verizon where I was lucky to run into Cory who said sure I can repair. He found they had sent me 6 yr old phone. I had paid for my 4yr. Old he called insurance to say what they did. By way during my broken phone time, Verizon had sent me notice all phones on my bill were due a special $1000, phone as I am very long time member. Thanks Cory spent very long fixing me up and getting phone deal and getting my new phone. This guy needs to train your store people. My Electrolux dryer heating element went out. And when we opened it up we noticed the blower fan had a cracks in it. So we had to take that out. It took me 4 HOURS TO GET THIS BLOWER FAN OUT. Why? Because it’s all one piece. My dryer doesn’t make it easy. Well long story short, it wouldn’t just come out the way it was meant to. I had to cut it out. So I needed a heating element and now a fan unit. I was quoted almost $600. At that point I could buy a new dryer.
So I called V&V. When I first called I spoke with Steve. And honestly he was the reason I was going to come to them instead of another place. He was helpful. He helped me find a part. It was more affordable, and he answered questions that I had.
So after four hours of getting that piece out, it was 4 o’clock. It took me 30 minutes to get to their store. I got there 10 minutes before they close tonight if I could’ve come sooner I would’ve but I couldn’t. The guy at the front desk answered my questions, one above and beyond to help me and when he didn’t know the answer he went to someone else that’s when he brought Greg out.
Greg was honest into the point. He helped solve a problem. I needed advice on, and not to mention he gave me other option. I was literally in tear while working on the dryer, and after speaking with them and then taking their time and actually helping me and not rushing me out the door, I will be a lifelong customer. They actually helped me find my part under $200.
So if you’re still here reading this review, don’t even go anywhere else. You will get quality help from people who know what they’re talking about. Not to mention people who are kind . I am so grateful for them. Thank you so much for all of your help.”

“Been coming here for the past 8 or so years, and I just recently purchased my third phone which was an iPhone 11. Omar was the one that sold it to us, and that process was simple though he was very deadpan with his responses but I didn't mind, I didn't come here to make a friend I came to buy a phone. Anyway, he told us to come back before the end of the next month to switch my phone's plan over to my other family member's so we weren't billed twice, sounds easy, right? Well, we came in yesterday and Omar happened to be there... just for him to tell us that we'd have to call customer service to change the plan. See, when we bought the phone he told us we could just come in, but when we did come in and he happened to be there, he said we'd have to call customer service. What sense does that make? Calling customer service for any company is always a pain, so I'm not looking forward to it.”

“The guys that work here are great! Unlike other shops in the area they don’t mind sharing a little bit of knowledge if you’re a self installer like myself. I bought an under seat subwoofer box for my ‘18 Silverado and 2 subwoofers. It ended up being the wrong box and they were more than happy to swap boxes (I had already drilled holes in the original box). I also went out and bought a $500 amp to match the power rating of the speakers and the gentleman helping me said “save your money the amplifier you have is nicer.” If you want guys who know their stuff and aren’t just trying to sell you on everything this is the place to go. I will be back for all of my car integration needs.”

“I brought a Yamaha cassette deck in for a broken belt. While I was standing there, he opened it up to fix it on the spot. Looking at it, though, he determined it would take some time and effort to repair. He said it might not be repairable. I left it with him and a couple of days later he called to say it was fixed. Very happy. It is a good deck and it’s hard to find them anymore. Very reasonable cost to repair. He -improved- it. He said there were supposed to be two belts, but sometimes they weren’t both installed by Yamaha. He put them both it. I’d recommend his work to anyone.”
