“I originally placed an order online for a new mattress and base. We received the mattress rather quickly but never received the base.
After numerous calls to customer service and other locations I was losing hope, but that all changed when I called the Kenwood location. The sale associate (Taylor) was extremely helpful and resolved our issue with in a matters of minutes! We are FINALLY going to receive the base we have been waiting.

They also offer free delivery I believe within 25 miles if I'm not mistaken so that was a blessing just in time for Christmas.
