Service and parts department is A1 on top of everything. I have not had better service at any Ford store anywhere in the United States and I’ve traveled a lot. It is now my go to dealer. You won’t be disappointed if you go there talk to Ryan or MATT at the service desk then if you’re gonna buy a Ford make it this store. I know I will.”

Had an issue with our bank a week after the purchase but the manager Joe Russo stepped in and got it resolved quickly.”

Denis helped change my car battery even though it was a little tough to get off. We searched a few videos just to get clarification but afterwards it was smooth sailing. He even explained a few points to me while replacing the battery which I certainly appreciated. I highly recommend working with Denis at the Mayfield Rd. location.”
