“Jon's garage is the absolute best. I had him do some paint and other touch-up work, as well as a ceramic coating on my Camaro over the summer. He provided weekly updates and gave a clear price for the work. Once I saw the car in-person after he finished I was impressed to say the least. He did an excellent job of matching the original paint, and the ceramic coating he applied gave a nice breath of life to the existing paint. This guy is the real deal when it comes to anything automotive or body-work related. I would absolutely recommend Jon and any of his other services to a friend.”
“I came in to get an estimate on what I thought was a door ding on my passenger side door. After looking at it they took to see if they could get the botched home repair I did off. When he returned he explained that it was not a dent all the way to the paint so there was only a VERY small dent where the effected area was. It is so small now you hardly notice it. They did all of this free of charge! I recommend them highly!!”

Service and parts department is A1 on top of everything. I have not had better service at any Ford store anywhere in the United States and I’ve traveled a lot. It is now my go to dealer. You won’t be disappointed if you go there talk to Ryan or MATT at the service desk then if you’re gonna buy a Ford make it this store. I know I will.”

“If I could give Denis a higher rating I would! He is the nicest and most determined customer service employee I’ve come into contact with in a while. Denis helped change my car battery even though it was a little tough to get off. We searched a few videos just to get clarification but afterwards it was smooth sailing. He even explained a few points to me while replacing the battery which I certainly appreciated. I highly recommend working with Denis at the Mayfield Rd. location.”
