“As always Shaker Quality Auto Body provided excellent service and the body repairs they performed after I was hit by another driver are beautiful and make an older car look almost new again. Where they really stood out though was in dealing with the other driver's insurance company. A process that was drawn out and unnecessarily painful but they stayed committed to getting a resolution. Bill is the true hero of this story with all the time he spent chasing the insurance company. I would give 6 stars if I could!”

“Came here after a small accident on my GMC Terrain- during my time I dealt with Mary, Austin & Daniel - all 3 were great with communication AND listening. During my initial quote, I was able to elaborate my concerns and what I wanted to ensure was looked at/fixed. Dropped my car off on a Monday - was to be picked up Friday. Due to damages being more extensive once repairs started, they extended my date 5 days. During this time they were very accommodating to assist me with my requests and communicated any delays/updates they had. The car was fixed and painted very well. My car felt better leaving than it did bringing it in. They took all my calls, answered questions and also vacuumed my car! Very impressed and will recommend.”

“I believe this is called Fischer Auto Parts now, but it's run by the same people. Let's put it this way; I've been coming to this place for twenty plus years and even though I no longer live in the same area, I drive twenty miles out of my way to patronize them. To say that the customer service is off the charts good would be an understatement. I only buy routine stuff like wipers and wax as I'm NO do it yourself type, but I actually enjoy coming in just to converse with the people working there. They're that good.”

“When you're on a budget and you need parts for your car, this is the place to be. My bf and I went for the first time, and I had a blast finding all the parts I needed. You can either get the location of the car in-store, or on their website, so finding the cars I needed was super easy. The staff running the shop were super sweet, and I payed a fraction of the cost of new parts for the stuff I needed. They have some on-site porta-potties, and a big ol sink at the shop to wash up with as well. 10/10 experience, I can't wait to come back!!
Here's some tips for going in. Bringing two people in definitely helps. Bring water. Watch a YouTube tutorial to make a list of tools you need to pack. Bring a little cart, or snag a wheel barrel they provide. And lastly watch for wasps nested inside mirrors and other nice dry places.”
