“I have added a comment for this place before I've been going to for years I believe it's very important that you're very precautious on pulling in and out of the parking lot, I'm not complaining so don't take it there I'm communicating it's important for us humans to communicate we should do it more often..... , so I will mention this again if I'm coming from the North Cleveland area I will pull into the second driveway which is on the left because there's a turning lane that almost intervenes and it's just safer trust me please!,., if I'm coming from the south which is North Royalton ish area you can say I pull in the first driveway which would be on your right and everyone should be careful and extra precautions that means look and good enough time to eliminate the probability of any kind of accident and look left to the sidewalk and write on the sidewalk to see if anyone's coming with could be within 30 ft riding a bike the timeline might just not line up good trust me the word possibility exists and we should all take it an account so much more than we do you could almost predict the future if you if you look into that trust me on that one as well let me be more you can almost predict and can predict at certain times and situations the future on many things specially when it comes to driving a vehicle on the road side street alleyway freeway trust me I know this,!!!❤️ ❤️???✝️♊??️”

These guys warranteed the broken parts and helped me upgrade some things as well. “I have had work done by Premier Auto Body before..paid them out of my pocket for a repair. Joe is the Owner, Merian (?), his wife..is Secretary..Bookkeeper..etc.. I need the high-mounted third brake light replaced on my vehicle..and after contacting several other facilities..including Ganley Ford West..the dealership..I decided to have the work done by Premier Auto Body. Part is on order now..will be contacted when it arrives..and set up a time for installation. I am a repeat customer..and if I need anything done to my vehicle..body-wise..I will be contacting them. “This has to be the best shop in town for many reasons. When I got in an accident all other shops in the area turned me away or said it would be weeks before they could even look at my truck, State Road Auto Body sent a tow truck to get me and started right away. Parts availability continues to be a mess in automotive but as soon as they could get parts they kept the project moving along at a good pace, and were courteous to call me whenever there was a major update without me needing to keep calling in. Although my insurance covered the repair I could see the prices were extremely reasonable and they were transparent about what could be done and what it would take to get the results I expected. Toward the end of the repair I called when I remembered there was a sheared off control arm bolt that the Chevy dealer said was unrepairable and gave me a quote for $800 to repair and State Road had the bolt removed and replaced without changing the total repair time. When there was a price discrepancy favorable to me Ray called to let me know he would put that toward the cost of repair, which he could have not told me and I would probably have never caught that. The work was so good the body lines are better than factory on the side they worked on. Awesome shop, honest and friendly techs and owner, when I have body or repair needs from here on I'll be back to State Road Auto Body.”

“I had called earlier this day..and talked to "Rob". I had been told by a repair shop that I needed front brakes..pads & rotors..replaced. The cost the repair shop quoted me was $300. I had called several other auto parts stores and Detroit Auto Parts..now on Pearl Rd..still in Cleveland..had the best prices. Went in and Rob immediately pulled my merchandise..purchased them for $171.00 even..and even had enough left over to get a new cabin air filter for my car..for $9.00. If I ever need auto parts again for my vehicle..Detroit Auto Parts..on Pearl Rd..will be my first consideration. Thank you. Respectfully Glenn”
