“As always Shaker Quality Auto Body provided excellent service and the body repairs they performed after I was hit by another driver are beautiful and make an older car look almost new again. Where they really stood out though was in dealing with the other driver's insurance company. A process that was drawn out and unnecessarily painful but they stayed committed to getting a resolution. Bill is the true hero of this story with all the time he spent chasing the insurance company. I would give 6 stars if I could!”

“I recently had front end repair at PCS, I had no idea who to go to for a second estimate, so I trusted some friends and each of them at the top of maybe two places they were recommending all of Cleveland and Lakewood, PCS came out at the top with everybody, so I had the same experience they let me know what was going on a whole step of the way, along with communication with the insurance company and the process was very smooth and took about a week. I declined the rental car option with the insurance company so they even gave me a ride at the shop, and when the job was done to my surprise, the mechanic was detailing and finishing up making my car cleaner than it was when I bought it recently used from Carvana. So much later in the day, and finally this morning, when they opened, I returned and left to leave a tip for the mechanic that I can’t remember his name. I’m so sorry, but he has also a same 2013 Hyundai Veloster but red, I wanted to let you know I appreciate the great work and the final touch of detailing. Thanks again for a great job, as same for shop owner!”

“i had my heat shield loose the other day and these random construction workers on the street helped out with my car to not drag anymore. i still wanted to get it check bcus i have a long drive soon and they were able to squeeze me in later in the day i called and he checked with no charge which is much appreciated. if i was still living in ohio, i would come back again, they are people who are just trying to look out for you”

“I was able to get a good fare honest opinion about my vintage battery also was pointed in the direction of replacing it with the company that does vintage batteries for my car they charged me only $10 to do a complete check of my battery and recharging it to see if it would hold and it did not so we got a new one so keep up the good work we were recommended to Kirk's battery from Al's service in Parma.”
“I can't help but post about the negative review left by negative Hermione. She left the car whilst out of town for a week in order to replace a hood and grill. Hood was on a month long backorder. Gave car back untouched since it was not possible to do the work. Cost of repair was zero dollars and had the nerve to leave a bad review.”

Eureka! Ordered the part, received it two days later, installed the part, and the convertible top works just as it should. Great price, fast shipping. “I came here on Monday told them I needed a new bumper and grill. They instantly ordered the parts and asked when I was available to get it fixed. Thursday I came for my service and told it would take about two hours, but to my surprise and satisfaction it took only a hour. The service was great and the workers are very friendly. There were unforeseen challenges when I took my Acura to him to have my driver’s side door and window replaced - (the challenges were not his fault - it was the fault of the place where I got the replacement door) Mike went above and beyond to figure out the problem and solve it! He stayed extra long hours at his garage to make sure it was fixed right! And I expected to pay extra for all the extra work he had to do to make it right - but he stuck to his original quote which was so reasonable- I paid him extra anyway because he was so professional and gave so much extra of his time and expertise- he’s a great guy and I would highly recommend him to everyone! “I have known Danny (the owner/mechanic) since before I had my own car. My sister Trudy who was 17 years older than me was referred to him by a co-worker many many moons ago. There’s not a better man in this occupation or for that matter, in general. Whatever you need done, he can do and if he can’t do it, he’ll tell you who to go to. I am now 64 years old and have had my own car since I was 18. I trust Danny hands down. If you’re in need of a great mechanic and and all around nice guy, stop up and talk to him about what your car/truck issues are. He’s the guy to go to.”

Best of all gave me estimate in 5 min he verified my car and told me what needed to be fix I told him I was in a budget gave me an amazing price. I did not had ride home owner offer to take me himself. When I saw my car I could not believe my eyes it was brand new. He also took the time to send me photos of the hole process while it was being repaired. They even cleaned the car in the inside wow ?
