She was very helpful when it came to selecting color pallets to compliment my choices and what choices ! Beads from India, Greece. China, Czech Crystals, Swarovski Crystals and Loads of semi precious stones. I found her very knowledgeable about the materials, manufacturing and care of her bead inventory.
