“Called to refill a prescription that was past due on a Friday for my son, which was my bad. I spoke to Que W, who was very helpful and accommodated my requests. Que said that they could fill it and send it out on Monday or Tuesday of the next week. I had enough medication to last till Monday, so that was not soon enough for me. She reached out to the Pharmacy to ask if they could do a rush order. She also reached out to the Shipping Manager and got special permission to ship the medication overnight. She went above and beyond and made a way for the medicine to be shipped out overnight. A huge shout out to Lee Silsby and Que for meeting and exceeding my expectations.”

“Good morning everyone, I went to discount drug Mart yesterday to return some equipment. And I can honestly say they're customer service was outstanding in the pharmacy. I want to take the equipment back but they had no idea of what I was talking about so I had to bring the equipment. I know it was not their fault that they knew nothing about what I was talking about. So now when that lady called me back about that equipment. They're going to have to come pick it up now. Picked up some salmon, Chex Mix (so many places don't have this!), sweet potato chips, mushrooms, had a bunch of samples including quesadillas and beef jerky. Churros were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, was quite tasty.”

Easy to work with, CSI will handle obtaining orders from the physician. Assist with obtaining orders for for the 'extras' to ensure patient outcomes, such as swab caps, 3M PICC/CVA dressings and fully stocked sterile dressing kits. Delivery for TPA and new medications are same day. CSI is my go-to for patients needing PICC or Mediport supplies in home for either routine maintenance or ATB needs, whether via pump, push or elastomeric ball. Easy reorders for patient convenience. I have utilized their services from 2015 to present.”

“GPS to the Crile Building. The parking lot there is by permit only, so park in the garage across Carnegie Ave. You will pay a few dollars by credit card. The sky walk across to Crile is on the third level. After walking across the Crile Building is at the end to the right. Note: That is now the 2nd floor. Information people are there if you need help with directions. There is a cafeteria just beyond the elevators. Finding the doctor's office was really easy, tho the campus can be intimidating.”

Not as big as a regular grocery, but very well stocked. It a one stop shop. The credit card machine prompts you if you were greater properly. (I was). The cashier was very pleasant.”
