“I was having trouble getting a long standing prescription refilled due to low reimbursement from the pbm that Medical Mutual uses. Drug mart had refused to fill it any further. However when I explained this was the last refill, it is actually the taper off dose. If a diabetic stops glp 1 drugs suddenly it can cause serious problems. They filled it. Thank you- pharmacy department.

“Hands down my favorite Drug Mart of all time. Its the biggest one that I know of and has such a unique and abundant selection. It far out weighs the Kent and Stow locations. “My wife recently had surgery and was in UH . When it was time to leave Bolwell pharmacy processed her prescriptions and they delivered them to her bed through their new scripts ti bed program. It was very efficient and saved us time since they were ready quickly. To whomever started scripts to bed Thank you for a great program. Furthermore, we did not have to pay anything upfront since they will send a bill. Their prices were fantastic too .”
