When my tire was low I didn’t have to get out of car plus he check all my tires put air in tire without me getting out and no charge. We need more business like Greggs. They honest and nice even the secretary’s are very pleasant . I find myself having good conversations with the secretaries. They are the best”

“I had a really great experience with Parker’s. Long story short, I needed my car to be towed to my mechanic, and I used an insurance claim to find them. While waiting, I was given an AI assistant through my insurance and they found Parker’s. By the time Parker‘s got there somehow my insurance AI assistant had canceled my tow after waiting over two hours for it. Naturally, I was furious, but Parker’s understood the situation and ended up towing me for free. I talked to Rebecca and she helped me through the process and Joe who towed my car was great! He was very kind and understanding.”

“I have had no less than 5 hitches done by U-haul and countless rentals. Today My appointment was for a drop off and with only 1-day advance request. But when I arrived they said they could do it while I waited, which was excellent. I worked in the waiting area and the technician kept me up to date on progress. Including wiring and everything all done in 90 mins. Plus they kept their price as quoted and explained the hitch and wiring warranties. Highly recommend U-Haul, but this location was especially thorough.”

“They were nice over the phone and quoted a 60-90 minute wait, but the driver ended up calling not long after I got off the phone saying he was 5-10 minutes away. He quickly got my car loaded up and gave me a drive to the tire place. He even had me go ahead in to the shop while he unloaded it and brought my key and receipt to me. They made a stressful situation feel a lot more manageable.”
