Calling online with the AI bot was the most confusing and frustrating experience. It was unhelpful and would not let me speak to an agent. I'm only adding two stars (instead of one) since I delt with this situation on the phone.

This is the closest post office to my home. Why has the air conditioner been out for weeks! I went in and it feels like a sauna. Please do something all this problem.
