Jonathan our mailman is by far the greatest one we've had. He's such a caring and thoughtful young man always checks for out going mail and we always get the right mail. More postal workers should strive to be like him.

The workers there have to be the rudest people in so called " customer service" ever. Especially the woman that does the passports. She thinks she is the greatest. No parking spots are left because of all the trucks use the customers spots. It's obvious that USPS doesn't care.

Went here to send a parcel. The parking lot was almost full (roughly 8:30am), one or two spots left. Be cautious and mindful about it. The place is clean and the staff are very polite and friendly. Overall a good place.

Every time I have been in this facility everyone has been extremely kind and friendly (staff and customers alike). If there is a line, it never takes more than a few minutes. I find this location very efficient and I have never had any problems sending out packages from here.

The new mail carrier assigned to my route refused to deliver my mail unless BOTH, my glass security door and my wooden front door our closed. He says he "feels unsafe" because of my labradoodle....who has never even jumped on door or window. He just hears him bark when he slams the mailbox. He will walk right past my house if both doors aren't shut. Which is unfortuante, because I love the natural light that comes in, that's why I bought a glass security door.

Our assigned mail carrier, Mike, is fantastic! However, when he’s not there, you will notice the difference. We have informed delivery (thank god), so know what should be coming. Substitute mail carriers are TERRIBLE - everything from marking packages delivered when they’re not (including meds, contact lenses) to delivering someone else’s mail/packages to us (I’ve had to drive packages to the correct address several times; I’ve put flat mail back in the box for them to redeliver to the correct address on different STREETS, only to find it added back in to the next days’ mail!). It’s really sad that the subs perform so poorly with such consistency!! Maybe I’m mistaken, but I thought READING was a job requisite!

I realize they close at 5 and I sprinted in at 5 for two stamps for my taxes. I made eye contact with two employees behind the counter and said may I please get some stamps? They both looked at me said nothing and rolled the curtain down in my face with no words at all. Rudest thing I have witnessed in a very long time. At least answer the question being asked. I am the GM of a business and would never allow this type of service at my place of employment. Absolutely unbelievable!

Waited in line while one employee tried to manage a whole line of people and another employee just sat there and talked without opening another register. I ended up having to leave without service because it took so long.

I don’t know why but the employees here were extremely rude to me for no reason all I wanted was to mail a letter and get a receipt for it so I can track it and these people talked down at me for it. I gave them no reason I was absolutely polite and I am the nicest person I’m not used to confrontation these people need some serious training on how to treat people

I had a complaint about my package being open and delivered and the supervisor was no help, almost insinuating that I was lying . Horrible customer service
