We got a great deal on a solid wood buffet we’ll be using for a tv stand!! No cheap Amazon or wayfair in our house again. We’ll come here for select needs! You young kids need to check this place out. It’s real furniture not junk!! And great prices!!! We’ll be back!! Very pleased!😊”

I didn't have enough time for a second order to arrive, nor did I have enough time to find something comparable locally. Josh was very calm and kind on the phone, even though I was not. He suggested a viable solution and gave me a refund. I wasn't thinking clearly at that moment, so his guidance was exactly what I needed. I have no way of knowing who was at fault for the breakage, but he made it right for me. Josh is a rock star!!”

“I think you should always have a certain threshold of expectations if you're entering a labyrinth hardware and garden center like The Home Depot. Breathe deeply and try to make a plan if you. An. While the online inventory search did not match what was in store, in this case, it worked in our favor. The website was inaccurate in showing what was available in the outdoor furniture section, because when we arrived, the patio/summer section had way more available than the sad 1 table we were expecting. The staff was super helpful and we were able to get everything we needed. I thought they had a great selection in the garden center. It was well-organized and had a hearty combination of full light and partial light hanging baskets and plants for every possible scenario needed. I was pleasantly surprised by their selection of succulent planters. Super cute and well-priced! We'd come back.”

“Aarons prices are somewhat high but the delivery guys are kind and respectful. Even were willing wear an N95 mask and booties over their shoes to do the delivery. Leo Foster, the delivery manager at the Sheffield Village Aarons actually showed he cares about the customers. His delivery guys forgot hoses for the washer. He personally came out with the hoses and attached them himself when he learned they didn't have the washer hoses. He also attached the dryer vent we had to buy for it also even though that service was not included. Despite some scratches on the washer and black scuffs in the dryer, we are happy with it. Thank you Aarons manager Larry and Mr. Foster.”

I didn’t even realize how much it needed the work till I got it home and the machine was the quietest I’d ever heard it, in 35 years. And then he did a clean on a 1980’s Kenmore serger, with fantastic results. Friendly and efficient service”
