“My partner & I came to The Bargain House on a whim in search of some bookcases for my home office & this place is an absolute treasure trove! There are so many unique and beautiful pieces in this shop. Be prepared to take a few laps to ensure you get a good look at it all. However if you feel lost or are looking for a particular item, the shop owner is incredibly knowledgeable & helpful. We will definitely be stopping back in as we continue to fill our new home.”

“I think you should always have a certain threshold of expectations if you're entering a labyrinth hardware and garden center like The Home Depot. Breathe deeply and try to make a plan if you. An. While the online inventory search did not match what was in store, in this case, it worked in our favor. The website was inaccurate in showing what was available in the outdoor furniture section, because when we arrived, the patio/summer section had way more available than the sad 1 table we were expecting. The staff was super helpful and we were able to get everything we needed. I thought they had a great selection in the garden center. It was well-organized and had a hearty combination of full light and partial light hanging baskets and plants for every possible scenario needed. I was pleasantly surprised by their selection of succulent planters. Super cute and well-priced! We'd come back.”

“Bill Baker is an electronics repair shop in Elyria that specializes in all types of electronic repairs from big flat screen TV's to boomboxes.Service is fast and they do great work.I recently had them repair a record player which they did a great job on.Cost to repair is average,but they do require a deposit depending on what you need repaired which they deduct from the cost of the repairs.”

“I had placed an online order for two sets of ceramic dishes for our anniversary party. They arrived with many pieces broken in each of the two boxes. I was really distraught about this (I cried big ugly tears), because this was a really special occasion for us. I didn't have enough time for a second order to arrive, nor did I have enough time to find something comparable locally. Josh was very calm and kind on the phone, even though I was not. He suggested a viable solution and gave me a refund. I wasn't thinking clearly at that moment, so his guidance was exactly what I needed. I have no way of knowing who was at fault for the breakage, but he made it right for me. Josh is a rock star!!”

From Ben and Nick at the flooring department to J who guided us to the vanities area where Jake and the lovely lady,who works at the vanities department as well, helped us so much!
