I was really distraught about this (I cried big ugly tears), because this was a really special occasion for us. I didn't have enough time for a second order to arrive, nor did I have enough time to find something comparable locally. Josh was very calm and kind on the phone, even though I was not. He suggested a viable solution and gave me a refund. I wasn't thinking clearly at that moment, so his guidance was exactly what I needed. I just made my order, well we did have a small hiccup with the order at first which was really on my end because I got a new phone number and didn't call to tell them, I emailed to tell them, which apparently isn't the best way of communication. Which I completely understand considering with my own business I do text only, no phone calls because it's easier for me. So I get it. Aaron's fixed the order within minutes, I was surprised! They were so kind, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The manager was amazing, he really helped me with information and answered all my questions thoroughly. We even had a nice chat about my own business while waiting for the documents to go through online. I am quite impressed with this business. I truly hope it stays that way. As long as I do what I'm supposed to do and take care of what I'm supposed to do, I don't see a reason for any issues. So thank you Aaron's I really appreciate you!!!”
