“My front wiper blades stopped working. Called around most places needed a specific appointment time that wouldn't work with my schedule. This place was able to get me in the same day I called (I had to bring it 2 days later because of work, not SnS fault) and also other places said they'd have to have my vehicle for a couple of days. I brought it here dropped the keys off and only a few hours later it was ready to pick up. Very happy with the service and the price was great. Definitely recommend this place.”
“Son's car broke down about 11pm; called them & she was very polite & patient as we gave her our info. Driver arrived quickly and very reasonably priced. Thanks to both.”

“They came out and towed my car and offered a great discount on the tow fee for getting my car repaired at their shop. They are super friendly and do quality work. They'll give you an honest, up-front estimate.”
“I called and placed a tow job with this company. I felt I was treated amazing, the man on the other side of the phone was real professional and polite. I heard a phone ringing in the backround. He stayed on my call and never broke the attention. I appreciated that! Jay, I think? Amazing front desk customer service!”
“They were very friendly over the phone for setting up my junk pick up. They gave a fair price and arrived when they said they would. The driver was friendly as well. Very reliable service in Lorain County.”

“My car wouldn't start so D&R was sent to me through my car insurance. They were there within the hour, I was surprised at how quickly. Not only that, the driver tried to see if a simple fix was all that was needed, just in case I didn't need the tow. Sadly it wasn't, so he still towed my car, but I really appreciated the extra effort”

“I've been here before this for tires and recommend that also. I had an Alignment done after I did a rack replacement at home on my MKZ. Up to the year 2015 they take. The technician that did my alignment was awesome. You did it right and everything goes straight.”
