“Today I stopped at drug mart to pick up a prescription to come out to my car not starting. Upon calling sugar ridge towing the secretary Marla was very professional very friendly and quick to help me sending a tow truck driver right away. Upon the tow truck driver Edwin arriving in a fashionably quick matter he was very professional very friendly very caring how he handled my car and took extreme care when arriving at the service department where it needed towed. In my personal opinion I would highly recommend this company for your towing needs. I know I will for sure. Oh...and they were very reasonable in their price for the tow. I can't thank them enough for making my experience with them as easy as it was. Thank you again sugar ridge towing and I hope the public sees my post.”

This place was able to get me in the same day I called (I had to bring it 2 days later because of work, not SnS fault) and also other places said they'd have to have my vehicle for a couple of days. I brought it here dropped the keys off and only a few hours later it was ready to pick up. Very happy with the service and the price was great. Definitely recommend this place.”

“I just put all of the above lol. But anyways, my husband wreck our 2019 Acura ILX and the whole front end was smashed in all the way to the windshield. Carlos and his team did a great job fixing it. It took a lil bit but that’s cause of unique parts which is understandable. I’m completely happy with the results. The car drives just as it did before the wreck. Looks just the same too. “Dave has earned a customer for life. If I could give 10 stars I would. I called for a tow today because my 2009 Ford Ranger quit out of no where while I was driving on Elyria Ave. I found this company because of the tow and repair option in Google Maps. Truck had a plow on it so wasn't sure how it would work out. Dave got me running over the phone which saved me time, money, and frost bite;-). Still planning on stopping up and getting it checked out but just from this experience I view Dave as very honest and knowledgeable. He could've just had me wait and charge me for a tow and who knows what else. Turns out you should not leave a bowling ball free to roll on the passenger floor. Thanks Dave see you soon!”
