“Good experiences at this Tippen branch in Pensacola. But the USPS automatic menu system is a problem, I had to continually reply to menu choices options again and again. I made it clear that I was waiting to talk to representative. Finally after 12+ minutes I was given the option of a CALL BACK at my phone number. I understand menu options can help some people but after I clearly repeated many times that I was waiting to talk to a representative, I don't need constant menu choices and options. If I don't reply to these options the phone call will probably end, and then I will have wasted my time up to that point.”
