Shout out to Shamad for actually calling me about a ticket I filled. My package somehow ended up going out of town accidentally, but assured me it was now in town and arriving. Getting good service at a post office is not on my bingo card. Kudos to them.

Just spoke to Lindie on the phone regarding a pkg that I couldn't locate. She took the time to find the pkg and discuss the issue with the carrier to ensure it arrived to the delivery address as expected.
