We spoke to James numerous times and he was nothing short of pleasant, honest, and incredibly resourceful. The car ended up having some major issues and James directed us to a reputable Ford dealership along with a Ford customer service program that would eventually help with the cost of the repairs. His professionalism and efficiency were greatly appreciated. Reputable business and we would not hesitate to take our car there for any issues in the future!!!”

“I can’t recommend Halls Automotive LLC enough! I was stuck in Avon and called for a tow, they showed up in under 20 minutes, which was already impressive. But instead of just towing my car back to Westlake, the driver took the time to check things out and suspected an alternator issue. He gave me a jump start, advised me not to use the A/C or radio, and then personally followed me all the way home to make sure my car didn’t die on the way. That kind of service and care is rare these days. Super grateful and will definitely be calling them again if I ever need help!”

“Passing through the area in our van, we stopped not sure about some noise and whether or not it was serious. Dejan took time out of his busy day to look. My immediate impression was that this man knows his way around a vehicle inside and out. He carefully combed over the van allthewhile rattling off issues to keep an eye on. He concluded our van was good to go for the trip. Much relieved we started to climb back in when it occurred to us that we hadn't paid. Dejan had already returned to the building. I ran after him and pointed out our omission when he smiled and said, that he is glad to help. There would be no charge. Who does that? What a great guy! What a great shop!
The conclusion: a week later we dropped in at our home mechanic which confirmed Dejan was spot on with everything. Thank you again guys!”

“The whole staff were out of office tending to an emergency in the metro parks. Waited in the parking lot 5-6 hours until night shift worker pulled in. He went many extra miles to figure out how to release our car back to us, even tho it was out of his scope of practice.”
