“Huge shoutout to James and Li at Pro Automotives! I brought my Mazda 6 in to get the front and back brake pads, rotors, and calipers replaced, and they got the job done amazingly fast. They genuinely care about getting your vehicle running safely without trying to upcharge you or push 'extra' services you don't actually need. They were also genuinely easy to communicate with honestly the best communication I’ve ever had from an auto shop. It’s so hard to find honest mechanics, but these guys are the real deal. Highly recommend!”
“I had a not so great experience with a separate mechanic in Lakewood and brought my car here to be serviced. Keith was very friendly and helpful at the front desk, answering any questions I had as it was my first time at this mechanic. Jerry worked on my car and was amazing. Called me and gave me a detailed rundown of what he thought the issue was and got my permission to move forward with repairs. Picked it up the next day, and Jerry again went over what repairs he made and to call back in a week to make sure the issue was resolved. Felt like the process was very easy and the price seemed very reasonable. Will definitely be returning for any issues, thank you :)”
“My car wouldn't turn over, tried jumping it but that didn't work. I called to let them know that I will need my car towed to their shop for it to be evaluated. I left the keys in the car for them to come get it from the Dollar General parking lot. About 2 hours later I got a call from the tow truck driver who let me know he got the car jumped and it was just the battery. Waited for me to get back there to drive it away. He could have not tried to jump start it and towed it back to their shop as that would have made them more money, but he didn't. I would trust this company to be fair.”

And the rate was very reasonable.”

“Driver was very nice and helpful. I was trying to pass and ended up in a ditch myself. They were able to help and it didn’t end up costing me an arm and a leg. Driver assured me there didn’t seem to be any damage and gave me tips for the brakes since there was snow in them. All in all probably best case scenario.”
