“Wish I could give more than 5 stars. I got my car windows tinted here and it was the best experience I've had. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Sung really knows the products, he walked me through the different types of tint and their benefits. The car was done within hours and the tint looks beautiful. You can tell its great quality stuff. The tint has NO air bubbles and looks amazing. They listened to exactly what I wanted and didn't try to change my mind. Definitely recommend taking your car here! “Pretty new customer and when we purchased our membership the owner helped us and he was great. Very helpful and nice. He gave us pointers on helping remove some spots from my fender walls. Only issue was that the wash doesn’t get my drivers mirror for some reason”
“I had a great experience at Westlake Laser Wash. When I paid with my credit card, I noticed a pre-authorization hold and had a question about it. The owner took the time to clearly explain that the pre-authorization isn’t an extra charge — it’s a temporary hold used to verify funds, and the final amount is what actually posts after the charge is finalized. Much the same like gas stations.
I really appreciated how patient and transparent they were in walking me through the process. It’s rare to see that level of customer care for something many businesses would just brush off. The wash itself was excellent, and the service was even better. Highly recommend if you want a clean car and honest, knowledgeable customer support. But most importantly I have a black vehicle and no swirl marks or scratches because it is a touch less wash.”

I love this car wash but in winter I wash my truck 2x a week due to the salt and so I have to go to a wash that has monthly memberships for unlimited washes because is financially a win. “I just want to give a shout out to the crew at the Clean Express Wash in Middleburg Heights. I have been a member here for a few years now and have never experienced one bad visit. The team keeps a nice flow of cars moving through the wash and you almost never have to wait more than a few minutes at most to get your vehicle looking amazing. The vacuums are always in good order and the property is well kept. I recommend this location anytime someone is looking for a great business to keep their vehicle clean.
