“Wish I could give more than 5 stars. I got my car windows tinted here and it was the best experience I've had. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Sung really knows the products, he walked me through the different types of tint and their benefits. The car was done within hours and the tint looks beautiful. You can tell its great quality stuff. The tint has NO air bubbles and looks amazing. They listened to exactly what I wanted and didn't try to change my mind. Definitely recommend taking your car here! “I had a great experience at Westlake Laser Wash. When I paid with my credit card, I noticed a pre-authorization hold and had a question about it. The owner took the time to clearly explain that the pre-authorization isn’t an extra charge — it’s a temporary hold used to verify funds, and the final amount is what actually posts after the charge is finalized. Much the same like gas stations.
I really appreciated how patient and transparent they were in walking me through the process. It’s rare to see that level of customer care for something many businesses would just brush off. The wash itself was excellent, and the service was even better. Highly recommend if you want a clean car and honest, knowledgeable customer support. But most importantly I have a black vehicle and no swirl marks or scratches because it is a touch less wash.”

I love this car wash but in winter I wash my truck 2x a week due to the salt and so I have to go to a wash that has monthly memberships for unlimited washes because is financially a win. “I just want to give a shout out to the crew at the Clean Express Wash in Middleburg Heights. I have been a member here for a few years now and have never experienced one bad visit. “I have been a Wash Club member for over 6 months, and have been pleased with the touchless and soft touch wash options. With 24/7 operations, this allows me the opportunity to get a wash on my schedule. Customer service is excellent. I recently had a situation where the rinse malfunctioned leaving me a partially rinsed vehicle. I called the number posted inside the carwash which was immediately answered by a gentleman who gave me instructions to get an immediate re-wash at the touchless bay. He indicated that he was on his way to the location to check the plumbing malfunction. Nice to see local ownership and concern for quality service. This carwash is very much worth a visit!”

“I was surprised they weren't busy this sunny morning. Got in without a wait. Wash lasted long enough and did a pretty good job considering this was the first wash since I drove from Florida to Ohio last October. I only saw on napot that needs a touch up. Overall I was pleased with the service and will use this wash again.”
