“Removed my previous negative review which to this day I will say stressified but I did want to give an update going from a one star up to a four or even behind. That is very simple. Had a very good experience after calling another advance locations. Trying to get a year and a half your old battery warrantied one of your gold die hards nobody wanted to do the warranty and I don't understand why I called this location. Expressed my frustration to a young lady. She got my information part number off the battery and had me in and out in under a half hour out in the freezing cold. You really need to give sales members a bare minimum of loves or hand warmers. That's just not cool. They're making you money. You need to take care of them. If you value them they will stay.... Ask me how I know. Anyways, she was great cracked a couple of lame jokes and had it swapped out quickly.”
“They do hair very well i dont like going to shops to let people in my hair but i gave them a chance and they did a great job they are always so friendly and make sure that i leave a happy customer i wont go any where else to get my hair done except here they are amazing”
