“So I had a 2021 Ram 3500. Had all my service done by them all the years I owned (4). I had a great experience the whole time with that truck. Then I traded it in and purchased a 2026 Ram 2500. The purchasing process was good. But I immediately had several issues with my truck. One is a recall which took weeks to just get in for service. The other is an issue with the fuel gauge. It took over a month to get in and the looked at it checked a bunch of electrical settings but still the fuel gauge does not accurately reflect what is in the tank. I am not happy that they are brushing me off. And all of the happened within the first 2 months I owned this brand new truck.”

“Incredible experience at Spitzer this week! I had an appointment to look at a new car at 6 pm & purchase was complete by 7:15! Maria even took the time to show me how to use the app, various car features, and connect to car play. Outstanding service !”
