“4/5 Overall we had a pretty good experience with this shop. Jason was easy to reach and returned phone calls same day, he was our go to person of contact. If it wasn’t for him we would have had our vehicle taken elsewhere to be honest. Our wagoneer was in the shop for 8 weeks, we received an estimated pick up date 4 separate times and the date kept slipping. This was due to part delivery delays, headlight not programming and the business of the crew. Bakers worked directly with the insurance which was very helpful. We did get a call from the service/ sales department saying we needed tires, filters and new batteries. Batteries were covered by insurance so that was a miscommunication and an annoyance to have to go back and forth with bakers to insurance for confirmation. Upon pick up there was tape residue on the hood, a front sensor camera popped out of place and green chalk paint material on the grill. The wagoneer was also completely out of gas, due to the wreck and them test driving it. They really should have added fuel prior to our pick up, even if they charge $5 for half a gallon. The risk of breaking down added unnecessary stress. Our 28 gallon tank took 27.5 gallons of gasoline, that’s ridiculous and cuts it to close. Our left sensor also does not match the right in terms of distance detection. Jason spent about 20 minutes with us at pick up trying to fix it.
Overall we would recommend Bakers and would use them again if needed.”
“For 30 years as a AAA member, we've used Terry's towing for lockouts, replacement batteries, tire changes, fuel (not my fault the fuel gauge stuck at half tank) and of course, towing. I didn't find out until about 5 years ago that Terry's Towing also does body work. And they are awesome at it. I always go there because - 1) they make appointments and keep them. 2) they do great work. 3) they're very reasonably priced. 4) I've always gotten my car back when they said I'd get it back - always a day or two. 5) And they're just great people. Straight forward. No nonsense. You won't be disappointed.”

“We were on a road trip traveling from Massachusetts to Kansas when our car failed on the highway. Not knowing anyone in the area, the tow truck provider recommended Mike's Auto Repair. Mike and his team took great care of us in replacing our AC condenser and belt. They coordinated with our mechanic in Massachusetts to work out the warranty on the cost. They work with diligence to get us back on the road as soon as possible. We were grateful for their competence and trustworthiness when we were in a vulnerable position.”
“I’m from out of town and had to get my car towed late last night I tried calling to leave a message obviously it’s late on a Saturday knowing that they’re closed but was recommended to take my truck to them I know it says auto body but does anybody know if they can replace an alternator I assume they can and I don’t really have time to look into places or anything as I was stuck on the side of the road late at night just hoping I won’t have to get it towed somewhere else”

I would recommend them to anybody. They are very nice people and do very nice work. I am very satisfied. The truck had to have new floor pans. Rockers and cab corners put in it which they did. I set up this appointment yesterday for 11:00am today, and not only did they finish my car in less than a couple hours, but I was the only car being worked on at the time, and there were about 5 empty bays. Don’t think that Safelite won’t bend over backwards to fit you in and fix it with both exceptional skills and with the urgency that you’d like and expect from paying for service.

“I had my first service performed here today! I got the rust protection on my car using fluid film. Including today I talked to Wes on 3 different occasions about the project. The first occasion was getting a quote, the second time was scheduling the appointment and the final was today when I picked up the car! Wes was very helpful from beginning to end explaining how the process works before the appointment. Updating me on the status of the car and explaining to me afterwards steps I can take to preserve the coating and explaining what he did along the way! Wes did a excellent job he is very detailed and passionate about what he does. I will definitely come back next fall and have my car rust proofed again!
