Love this facility, bathrooms always clean, staff is welcoming, always greeted and they always say have a nice day. Machines are always clean, and plenty of treadmills. Customers are always polite to each other.

Pleasant staff, not too many people when I went, had to use dumbbells for some workouts, trying to rehab and isolate on machines. Overall clean and decent.

HAD a membership. The place smelled to much like a gym and if you wanted to tan the wait was unreasonable.

The staff are nice facility is nice. Everything’s fine there except the people that come in there. Every time I’ve came in there people sit on the machines and play with their phones on ending. I’ve seen it from 10 to 15 minutes, barely doing any exercise playing with their phones and taking pictures. It’s getting so that it’s almost ridiculous. I never carry my phone in there. I’m in there to exercise and get out, anyway that’s my review.

I live in Mansfield only 5 minutes away from the gym … I’ll rather go to Mount Vernon hrs are better then here an the employees don’t just stand around at the register the whole time

As I travel the US for work I frequent many Planet Fitness locations. I always check the reviews before I go to get a feeling of how the experience at that particular Club will be. This location had several negative reviews regarding staff attitudes and facility cleanliness, so my expectations weren't very high. However, I was overwhelming surprised by the Staff working when I arrived. This was the busiest time of day between 5-7pm. Zach was working the front desk solo at the time and was super busy checking in guest and getting members assigned to massage chairs and tanning beds. Kilee was on the floor actually CLEANING the equipment, not just dusting things off, and she was keeping towel dispensers and disinfectant spray bottles filled. The entire club was clean and well organized thanks to the effort and hard work of these 2! Give Zach and Kilee a raise, promotion, or both. We need more people like them in this world to make it a better place. This member greatly appreciates coming to Planet Fitness and seeing employees like you 2! Bravo Zulu ??

Exactly what you expect from a mega chain. Lots of equipment. Staff are nice enough. Very good for the price.
