Terrible CSR, specifically, the bigger guy that’s been there forever with the beard. It’s like pulling teeth to get a receipt from him, he tries to con you out of your discounts or won’t apply them or not give you a straight answer on pricing. I don’t know how he still has a job there and he’s been there forever.

Month after month the bill is wrong. Phone Customer Service is pitiful. On-site they tell you that they can see the errors but are unable to make billing corrections. Hours wasted for nothing. Any common person would be fired if they performed like this.

Came in with an (unbenounced to me) complex issue. Ultimately the manager worked with the associate to drive the fix action to conclusion. Another hourly employee (Micheal perhaps?) felt the need to lecture me on the philosophical importance of all customers and was both rude and indignant. Appreciate the assistance.

Have to say this is the last of the 3 verizon stores I like to use in the area. Maybe it's just me but this Verizon has a less personal feel than the one on 42 or lexington ave. It is busier than the other 2 locations. Normally I go to Verizon when I need help, not an upgrade. That could be it. Although, when it was my turn to be helped their representative solved my issue.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would feel more comfortable with that. We wanted for 45 minutes for the incompetent staff to tell us that they do not have internet available in our area. This seems like something that they could have answered us when they signed us in.. When we specifically stated that we were here to get HOME internet.
